| 内容記述 | A大学介護福祉学専攻学生を対象に「生活支援技術」の排泄の単元において、「排泄（おむつ交換）に関する学修振り返りシート」を作成し活用を試みた。 学生は、技術の実践と、観察力や情報収集力、判断力を求められる項目に関する自己評価が低かった。 基礎的な技術の修得はモデル人形を対象とした反復練習による強化が必要であるが、 同時に事例を設定したグループワーク等を活用し、仲間と議論する過程で、観察や判断力の強化や利用者の変化に応じたケア、チームケアに繋がる創造的な排泄介助演習の工夫が必要である。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | For the students in Care and Welfare Studies at A-University, we used a "self-reflection sheet in study" in the unit on "excretion (diaper change)" in the life support technology course. Students evaluated themselves poorly in the practice of technology and items requiring abilities of observation, information gathering, and judgment. In order to improve basic skills, iterative exercises with model dolls in group work are required. Furthermore, the process of discussing with colleague in case studies can improve abilities of observation and judgment, and care according to change in users and ingenuity of creative excretory assistance exercises leading to team care are necessary. | |||||||||
