| 内容記述 | 女性中堅看護師の看護実践能力の向上にむけ、個人属性やキャリア志向との関連性について明らかにすることを目的とし、A県内の病院に勤務する女性の中堅看護師356名を対象に自記式質問紙調査を行った。有効回答の得られた201名を分析したところ、女性中堅看護師の看護実践能力には、臨床経験年数の長短と自己研鑽の有無が関連しており、育児や家事の実施状況やそのサポートの有無については関連性が認められなかった。また、「保障・安定」のキャリアを志向する傾向があることも分かった。これらのことから、女性中堅看護師の看護実践能力向上には、仕事とライフスタイルを両立し安定した生活を保障した上でキャリアが継続できるようなワーク・ライフ・バランスの取り組みや職場環境の整備が重要であると示唆された。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between personal attributes and career orientation in order to help raise the practical abilities of female mid-career nurses. A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted on 356 mid-career female nurses working at general hospitals in one prefecture of Japan. In an analysis of valid responses obtained from 201 female mid-career nurses,neither the number of years of their clinical experience nor whether they conducted self-study was shown to be related to their practical abilities. No relationships were observed between childcare or housework status and whether nurses received related support. A tendency was evident for nurses to orient their careers around security and stability. These findings suggest that,in order for mid-career female nurses to be able to continue their careers with assurances of a stable livelihood,a work-life balance and an agreeable workplace environment are important factors in relation to the improvement of their practical abilities. | |||||||||
