| 内容記述 | 健常高齢者の身体・心理・生活状況等明らかにし、QOLに影響を与える要因の検討を目的に、65歳以上の地域在住高齢者を対象に質問紙調査を実施した。郵送法による回収率は90.5％であり、欠損のない124名を分析対象とした。性別は男性44名、女性80名、平均年齢は70.80±5.32歳であった。疾患は高血圧、症状は腰痛が最も多かったが、IADLが高い高齢者であった。パス解析の結果、健常高齢者のQOLに直接影響を与えていたのは、うつ及び葛藤であった。葛藤は転倒、転倒はIADL、うつはIADLと自己効力感、生活状況、自己効力感は友人交流と転倒の影響を受けていた。これからうつ、葛藤、自己効力感、転倒、IADL、友人交流がQOLに影響を及ぼす重要な要因であることが明らかになった。健常高齢者がQOLを保持しつつ健康寿命を延伸するためには、うつや葛藤が高くならないよう自己効力感を高める関わりと共に、転倒防止及び対人交流が重要であることが示唆された。 | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | We examined 124 community-dwelling residents aged 65 years or older with the aim of clarifying the quality of life (QOL) status of healthy elderly to assess the factors that affect their QOL.The subjects included 44 males and 80 females aged 70.80±5.32 years.The most common disease was hypertension and the most common physical complaint was low back pain; however, they were elderly people with high instrumental activities of daily living(IADL).The results of path analysis showed that factors directly affecting the QOL of healthy elderly were depression and conflict.Conflict was mutually affected by falls,and falls were mutually affected by IADL.Depression was affected by IADL and self-efficacy,and self-efficacy was affected by social interactions and falls.The findings demonstrated that depression,conflict,self-efficacy,falls,IADL,and social interactions are all important factors affecting QOL.This suggests that for the healthy elderly to maintain their QOL and achieve a healthy life span,relations that raise self-efficacy and moderate depression and conflict,together with fall prevention and interpersonal exchanges,are important. | |||||||||||||||||||||
