| 内容記述 | 看護実践に対する学生の自己効力感の支援する有効な教育的手段を開発するために， 学生の自己効力感の測定尺度を作成し， その尺度の信頼性と妥当性を明らかにすることを目的とした。 先ず， 看護実践に対する自己効力感尺度である44項目からなるアンケートを作成して， 看護学生355名に調査し， 339名より回答を得た。 項目分析によって削減された42項目を因子分析を行った結果， 「看護過程展開」， 「思いやりのある看護技術」， 「安全面の看護技術」， 「主体的学習」， 「信頼関係形成」 の５因子 （33項目） が抽出された。 尺度の信頼性は内的整合性により （Cronbach'α係数0.83～0.92） 確認された。 妥当性は， 一般性自己効力感尺度と看護実践に対する自己効力感尺度の相関により検証した。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | To develop the effective educational means, which support the improvement of a students' sense of self-efficacyconcerning nursing practice, we created the items as the criterions of the students' sense of self-efficacy and analyzed the reliability and validity of those items. The questionnaires, which is consisted of 44 items ofone's sense self-efficacy, were sent to 355 of nursing students of which, 339 were recovered. Two items are eliminated by the item-analysis and 42 items are used for the factor analysis. Five factorsof nursing process development, sympathetic nursing skills, nursing skills for the safety, subjective learning,human relations were extracted from the factors analysis using 42 items. The reliability was confirmed (byCronbach' α coefficient ; 0.83～0.92). The validity of those items are verified from the correlations betweentwo criterions of the general sense of self-efficacy and the sense of self-efficacy concerning withnursingpractice. |
