| 内容記述 | This study is a case research for the stable living support of the mentally disturbed person at Kita-Hiroshima-Cho which is a ravine area in Hiroshima. It is clarified that the present situation and the problem of the service of the preservation of health, the medical treatment and the emergency transportation for the mental at Kita-Hiroshima-Cho and the relation with Ohnan-Cho which is an area of the neighborhood of it in Shimane. As a result, it found the thing that the service of the preservation in health, the medical treatment and the welfare of the mental in the ravine area has to use limited social resources, that more than one corporation is mutual is effective. It thinks that the service of the wide area which two areas cooperate with connects closely with the system which goes, doing the provision of the various services which is based on the user needs in local, and the recurrence prevention, the early detection and the early cure of the psychosis in the care. | |||||||||||||||||
