| 内容記述 | Our goal in this paper is to analyze an optimal providing system of emergency medicine. In Japan, each hospital uses own medical resources to contribute regional emergency medicine. Such a system is related with voluntary provision of public goods model in economic theory. Therefore, we use this model to analyze the providing system of emergency medicine. Under voluntary provision of public goods, generally, under-provision compared with socially optimal level is emerged by free ride. Such a free ride behavior is derived from hospitals’ elfishness. Thus, if all hospitals behave altruistic, then emergency medicine may be provided desirably. In this paper we derive a theoretical result that indicates an importance of hospitals’ public mind to realize an optimal system for emergency medicine. Then, we consider medical policy in order to stimulate hospitals’ public mind. | |||||||||
