| 内容記述 | In this article，we examine the pharmaceutical distribution in Japan with an economic point of view. In the pharmaceutical distribution in Japan， there have been various vertical restraints as trade practices: rebate/allowance system between pharmaceutical manufactures and wholesalers，lump-sum bulk buying and delivery without price agreement between wholesalers and medical institutions. These trade practices are related with price regulation system for ethical drug in Japan. The price regulation is characterized by revision rule which depreciates the price of ethical drug. This article investigates a structure of incentives of pharmaceutical manufactures and considers socially desirable pharmaceutical distribution with an economic perspective. | |||||||||||||
