| 内容記述 | Recently, nursing homes in Japan have increased steadily against the background of the rise of their needs. At the same time, many troubles happens concerning a contract of nursing home. However, the nursing home has so particular purposes, the residence and the nursing service for aged persons until their terminal stage, that it is very difficult to understand the contract of the nursing home through a traditional theory of contract. In this paper, we discuss that the clarification of the characteristics of a nursing home contract is necessary for the fairness in the market and the reasonable handling of its disputes with the reinforcement of regulations of laws and administrative guidances. | |||||||||
