| 内容記述 | The research understands information in the hospital and the flow of the business procedure.And,the procedure necessary for the cooperation of the establishment of NCM (Nutrition Care Management) in the region and other facilities is clarified. The investigation of the slip，the hearing survey of the business procedure，and the hearing survey of a related post of NCM were done. And UML was used for the analysis of the business procedure. NST (Nutrition Support Team) bears NCM in the hospital. NST is composed of the doctor，the nurse，and the dietitian，etc.The content that those occupational categories obtained each business procedure is talked about at the conference. To cooperate with other facilities，the community health support room was set up. And，the nurse was added to the composition member. And，the flow for this section to cooperate with other facilities was clarified. NCM that cooperates with other facilities in the region can be practiced by executing the flow of this cooperation. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
