The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications announced that the penetration rate of the Internet per unit of population is 75.3% on July 2009.The society has come that the Internet is available anytime anywhere.An e-learning has been recently given big write-ups in this Internet society.The feature of the e-learning system is that everybody can use a lot of contents and study at his/her own pace anytime anywhere.And so the e-learning comes to be used in various fields. However the e-learning system in the medical information field is very few. In this paper，we build an e-learning system in the medical information field. As a first step，it is intended that we build a test-preparation system in order for a lot of students to get some qualifications such as the health information manager，the healthcare information technologist. |
