| 内容記述 | This study aims to review previous studies on the theme of health and productivity management in Japan. These studies have been developed using several approaches. Previous studies on health and productivity management are broadly seen from the perspectives of business administration and medical care. As a result of the review of previous studies, the following became clear. Studies from the perspective of business administration tend to be interested in clarifying the effectiveness of health and productivity management itself. Studies from the perspective of medical care tend to be interested in showing the significance of health and productivity management work. Regarding future issues, there are some points in implementing health and productivity management. For example, there are differences in health awareness among individual employees. It is difficult for researchers in health and productivity management to obtain results based on the efforts of only one entity(mediator) in an organization. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a discussion on collaborative health, which is tackled by multiple entities, such as insurers and enterprises. | |||||||||
