| 内容記述 | 下肢関節疾患の発症には，歩行時の下肢の運動学的変化が関係しているが，どのような変化が起こっているか解明されていない。そのため，関節疾患を有さない健常者の歩行に焦点を当てる必要がある。本研究の目的は，主成分分析を用いて健常者の歩行中の下肢関節運動の特徴を調査し，関節運動の特徴の関係性を抽出することである。 男性62名，女性62名の健常者の歩行動作を評価した。歩行中の左立脚期の股関節，膝閑節，足関節の3平面関節角度データに主成分分析を行った。 得られた主成分得点を用いた相関分析を行い，関節運動の関係性を抽出した。結果は，男性で14, 女性では15の主成分が採用された。相関分析では，男女それぞれ20通りの組み合わせに相関がみられ，関節運動の関係性が示された。結果は，健常者の歩行中の関節運軌パターンを表し，女性の歩行は定型的であり，膝関節へのメカニカルストレスが大きいことが示唆された。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The onset of lower limb joint disease is related to the kinematic change of the lower extremity during gait. However, what kind of change is occurring is not clarified. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on the gait of healthy subjects without a joint disease. The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of lower limb joint motion during gait of healthy subjects using principal component analysis and investigate the relationship between the characteristics of their joint motions. We evaluated gait of healthy subjects of 62 males and 62 females. Principal component analysis was performed on joint angle data of three planes of the hip, knee, and ankle joint in the left stance phase. Correlation analysis of the obtained principal component scores was performed to investigate the relationship of lower limb joint motion. The result was 14 principal components in males and 15 principal components in females. In the correlation analysis, significant correlation was observed 20 patterns in each of male and female. The results showed the articulation pattern of healthy subjects during gait. It is suggested that the gait motion of women is routine and that the mechanical stress to the knee joint is large. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
