| 内容記述 | The objective of this study was to compare and evaluate computerized methods to derive the area of abdominal adipose tissue on MRI by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The performance of the method was compared with the threshold-level distinguishing method of Otsu by the extract result of abdominal adipose tissue from MR images. MRI system used in this study was a 0.3T open type and the subjects were 11 healthy volunteers (4 women and 7 men，aged 23-38 years). We extracted abdominal adipose tissue area from these MRI images by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and distinguishing method of Otsu. The results were evaluated by comparison of the extracted area of the abdominal adipose tissue by Radiologists and that of two computerized methods. As the result，the method using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was higher performance than the method employing Otsu's threshold-level distinguish method. | |||||||||||||||||
