| 内容記述 | 本研究は，Deweyの教育理論を通して，看護大学1年生が思考した援助的関係を明らかにすることを目的とし，学生に，実習前・後それぞれに「援助的関係とは何か」というレポートを記載してもらい，これら2つのレポートを内容分析した．その結果，学生が捉えた援助的関係は，実習前と実習後共に【問題解決の過程】【患者のセルフケアを促す関わり】【患者が治療に向き合うための支援】【コミュニケーションスキルを身に付けた看護師の関わり】【患者と看護師の相互関係】が認められた．また，実習前のみのカテゴリーとして，【看護師としての能力の向上】【関係構築のための自己の姿勢や行動】が認められ，実習後のみのカテゴリーとして，【多職種との協働】【自己を振り返り課題を見出す】が認められた．学生は，援助的関係という言葉をひとつのイメージで捉えるのではなく，経験を通していろんな角度から意味を俯瞰し，援助的関係を理解していた． | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to clarify the supportive relationships considered by first-year nursing students through Dewey’s education theory. The participants were first-year nursing students tasked with writing reports on supportive relationships before and after clinical practice. The study was motivated by the question, “What constitutes supportive relationships?” The reports were analyzed through contextual analysis. The supportive relationships that students perceived both before and after clinical practice included: “Problem-solving process,” “Involvement that promotes patient self-care,” “Supporting patients to face treatment,” “Involvement of nurses who have acquired communication skills,” and “The mutual relationship between patients and nurses.” “Improving nurse’s abilities” and “Self-attitude and behavior for relationship building” were identified only before clinical practice. Meanwhile, “Collaboration with other professionals” and “Self-reflection and finding problems” were identified only after clinical practice. Rather than viewing the term “supportive relationship” in one image, the students considered its meaning from various angles through their experiences and understood the supportive relationship. | |||||||||||||||||||||
