| 内容記述 | 本稿では、間主観カウンセリングにおける「クライエント─カウンセラー関係」を考察した。間主観カウンセリングとは筆者の師・伊藤隆二教授が創始した独創的なカウンセリング実践法である。「カウンセリング実践法」ということは実践面には比較的強いが、理論面には比較的弱いということである。そこで本稿では、間主観カウンセリングの「理論面」の検討を行った。間主観カウンセリングではクライエント・カウンセラーの双方が互いに「主体」であることを前提とする。その上でカウンセリングの場で互いの「主観」を開示し合い、その重なりを共有する。その開示され重なったものを「開示主観」と呼ぶが、この「間主観性」に基づく「開示主観」は、クライエント (第一の主体) ・カウンセラー(第二の主体) 、この両者の「主体」の間に生じた「間主体性」に基づく「第三の主体」という言い方もできる。この「間主観性に基づく開示主観」＝「間主体性に基づく第三の主体」が、再びクライエント・カウンセラー双方に自己覚醒の契機を与える。そして間主観カウンセリングが更に継続されると、クライエント・カウンセラーの双方が互いに自己創造の道を歩むことにもなるのである。翻ってクライエントの「症状の除去」や「問題の解決」や「悩みの解消」は、間主観カウンセリングの過程の中に包摂される。これら一連の過程を「間主観経験」と呼ぶこともできる。また、そのことは結果として、クライエント・カウンセラーの双方が互いに肩を組みながら生きがいをもって生きていく道にもつながる。以上のことをまとめて、間主観カウンセリングにおける「クライエント─カウンセラー関係」モデルとして図示して検討考察を行った。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Client counselor relationship in inter subjective counseling was examined. Inter-subjective counseling is a practical counseling method developed by my teacher, Ryuji Ito. Since it is a “practical” method, it has a relatively weak theoretical basis, which was examined in this paper. In this method, both clients and counselors are assumed to be “subjects.” Based on this assumption, they disclose their subject to each other and share the common subject, which is called the “disclosure subject.” It is also regarded as “the third subject” based on the inter-subjectivity between the client (the first subject) and the counselor (the second subject). The disclosure subject, i.e., the third subject, brings an opportunity for self awareness to both the client and the counselor. When inter-subjective counseling is continued, both are directed toward self creation. The alleviation of symptoms and solutions of problems and worries of clients are also included in the process of inter-subjective counseling. A succession of this process could be called an “inter-subjective experience. ”Through this process, clients and counselors are expected find ways of living with motivation. The above model could be expressed as a “client-counselor relationship model.” It is described in the figure, and discussed in this paper. | |||||||||
