| 内容記述 | In recent years, the number of hospitals in the red is increas increasing due to the decrease in the number of patients, the increase of consumption tax, and/or the economic stagnatin. As the environment surroundin hospital management changes drastically,the roles of not only doctors and nurses but also hospital managers who generate profits are becoming important. According to a survey of job information for hospital staffs in FY2018 and FY2019, the larger the scale of hospital with a stable management base, the higher the ratio of job offers for general employees and the more media were used.In the future, small and medium-sized hospitals should also hire excellent hospital managers from a long -term perspective as part of their business strategy. | |||||||||||||||||
