| 内容記述 | 本研究は、若年性神経難病患者の生活の質(QOL)の向上を目的としている。その指標として、個人の生活の質評価法-直接的重み付け法(SEIQoL-DW)を原則として年に一回ずつ50名に実施し、前年と比較して値の変動が大きいケースの原因を検討した。下降したケースと上昇したケースの主な原因を分析すると、共に"家族関係"の状況が値の変動に大きく影響していた。また、仕事や患者会等の"社会との接点"といった状況もQOLを上下させる重要なものであった。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This research is intended to improve the quality of life (QOL) of patients with early-onset intractable neurological disease. A five-year annual survey was held for 50 patients, using the Schedule for the Evaluation of Individual QoL Direct Weighting (SEIQoL-DW) as the index of their QOL. The causes of their interannual changes were examined and analyzed. The results of the analysis revealed the significant influence of "family relation" in their QOL. The results also showed another significant factor, which is "social contact," such as work and patients' association. | |||||||||
