| 内容記述 | In this paper，to search for a new mechanism of "caring for carer" in the area of telephone counseling volunteers，the possibility of the "reflecting processes" is examined closely. Concretely，a kind of participatory action research is carried out by the researcher and the members of "ChildLine Bingo"a group of telephone counseling volunteers for children and young people. The hint of a model of a new caring process is suggested in reflecting processes and participatory action research. | |||||||||
