| 内容記述 | [Purpose] The present study aimed to examine the relationship between customer satisfaction and the motivation to exercise among outpatients practicing therapeutic exercises. [Methods] The data of 189 subjects who practiced therapeutic exercises were used for analysis. Customer Satisfaction Scale based on Need Satisfaction (CSSNS)was used to measure the degree of customer satisfaction. In order to assess self-determined motivation to exercise, the Behavioral Regulation in Exercise Questionnaire-2 (BREQ-2) was used. [Results] The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient and categorical regression analyses show that customer satisfaction and its subconcept (5 factors: need satisfaction of competence, autonomy, relatedness to participants, relatedness to service providers, and physiological needs) were related to the self-determined motivation to exercise. [Conclusions] These results suggest that, for outpatients practicing therapeutic exercises, customer satisfaction is related to the selfdetermined motivation to exercise. | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | [目的]本研究の目的は，運動療法に取り組む外来患者の顧客満足と運動に対する動機づけの関連性を明らかにすることである。[対象]対象は，運動療法に取り組んでいる外来患者189名とした。[方法]顧客満足の測定には，Customer Satisfaction Scale based on Need Satisfaction(CSSNS)を使用した。運動に対する動機づけの測定には，Behavioral Regulation in Exercise Questionnaire-2(BREQ-2)を使用した。[結果]相関係数の算出およびカテゴリカル回帰分析の結果，顧客満足全体や顧客満足の下位概念は，運動に対する自己決定的な動機づけと有意に関連することが認められた。[結語]運動療法に取り組む外来患者の顧客満足は，運動に対する自己決定的な動機づけと関連するといえる。 | |||||||||||||
