| 内容記述 | [目的]本研究の目的は，我々が開発を進めている「欲求の充足に基づく顧客満足測定尺度(Customer Satisfaction Scale based on Need Satisfaction: CSSNS)」の因子的妥当性を検証するために，検証的因子分析を行って因子構造モデルの適合度を検討することである。[対象]対象は，リハビリテーションサービスの利用者311名とした。[方法]CSSNSの因子構造モデルとして仮定した斜交モデル，直交モデル，二次因子モデルの適合度を検討するために，構造方程式モデリングによる検証的因子分析を行った。[結果]分析の結果，モデル適合度の絶対的指標であるCFIとRMSEAが基準値以上を示したモデルは，斜交モデルと二次因子モデルであった。さらに，モデル適合度の相対的指標であるAICを比較した結果，斜交モデルは二次因子モデルよりも適合が良いことが示された。[結語]CSSNSの因子的妥当性は斜交モデルにおいて検証された。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | [Purpose] The purpose of the present study was to examine the factorial validity of the Customer Satisfaction Scale based on Need Satisfaction (CSSNS), which we are currently developing for health care services. [Subjects and Methods] To examine the fitness of the oblique model, the orthogonal model, the second-order factor model, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were conducted with the data of 311 subjects who use the rehabilitation service. [Results] The results of the SEM showed that the Comparative Fit Index (CFI) and Root Mean Square Error Approximation (RMSEA) of the oblique model was as good as the second-order factor model, and that Akaike’ Information Criterion (AIC) of the oblique model was better than that of second-order factor model. [Conclusion] From the above stated results, the factorial validity of CSSNS was confirmed for the oblique model. | |||||||||||||
